Tex Mex Chicken Skillet

Adapted from 29 Minutes to Dinner from Pampered Chef

You'll need:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 and a half cups corn
1 can black beans
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon oil

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add corn cook until golden and just has slight brown marks on it. Remove from pan.

Add in chicken and cook through. Once cooked add taco seasoning with water according to the package. Add in corn, black beans, and cooked rice and heat through.

Top with cheese and melt.

Serve with chips and top with  cilantro lime avocado dip.
