We eat lots of dinners at home, we rarely go out to eat. Only for special occasions mostly. I like to make things for dinner that are easy, healthy and homemade. Rachael Ray calls them "Simple Suppers" and I'm right there with her, I don't like things to be complicated. I hate complicated recipes, and I usually don't like following them either. So the other night, simple it was!
