Every woman needs a mommy break every now and then! It doesn't have to be long or a full day even, sometimes I just like to take 10 minutes for myself, or a half hour and grab Starbucks and just sit for a minute. I think it makes you a better mommy and woman when you take some small amounts of time for yourself.
